Are you experienced in my sector?
With over 100 years of experience across a wide range of sectors and businesses from community trusts to FTSE 25 companies, we have extensive skills, experience and knowledge.
There are very few sectors that we’ve not had direct involvement in, however if we feel we are not the right people to help you, we’ll tell you – and suggest some alternatives.

How long will it take?
When we begin working together, our team assesses the activities and resources required to deliver you the best results, and will provide you with a detailed proposal including delivery timescales and milestones.

We work with businesses of all sizes and types across Scotland including start-ups, and so as you can imagine project resources and timescales often differ per project, however we can and do deliver great impact in a very short time.

Are results guaranteed?
As you're probably aware there are no guarantees in business, however we strive to equip you with the knowledge, capability, clarity, and direction to deliver the best chances of success.

Can you help me with delivery?
We work with our clients at any stage of a project, from solely offering business advice, all the way to practical support and delivery.
We can work with you to develop implementation plans and provide additional resource where required, as well as specialist support where you do not have the knowledge in-house such as re-financing, TUPE transfers or governance.
