We were first introduced to Fiona at Delfinity through Elevator Aberdeen.  The initial meeting was very productive and showed us why we should be working with Delfinity.  

 

Fiona's knowledge of the initial problems faced by businesses is exceptional along with her experience in overcoming these issues.  She identified quickly where we had issues and the ensuing conversation just flowed.  Her guidance around strategy simplified our own strategy whilst focusing on how we were going to deliver it.  For me I liked Fiona's directness and lateral thinking which in turn made myself, as COO, and the director question more deeply if we were on track. 

 

I next met with Sarah around training and HR issues.  I had high expectations and was not disappointed.  The meeting was very fruitful for McLean Financial Services. Sarah was open and engaging as well as very prepared.  We discussed what our shortcomings were and she was very solution focused for us.  As such we now have a much more robust on-boarding programme and continue to add to it with Sarah's templates and guidance.

Delfinity were introduced to us by Scottish Enterprise in order to undertake a review of our
performance management and development processes as well as reviewing our
organisational culture and values. I met with Delfinity consultant, Sarah Whitman, and she
immediately grasped what we were trying to do and why. Sarah’s support and expertise was
key to helping Agenor review and redesign these key internal processes.  
Over the past 18 months Delfinity and Agenor have worked together in a supportive and
collaborative manner. Sarah has encouraged us to include all of our employees in shaping
and defining what kind of organisation Agenor wants to be for our staff and customers. This
inclusive approach helped us understand that our staff wanted to work in an organisation
which promotes respect, ensures excellent client delivery and provides opportunities for
people to progress in their careers. As a result, we now have an agreed set of Values which
are embedded in our new Performance Management process. We are already seeing the
benefit of these changes via positive employee feedback and Delfinity have been key to
these changes
