Sarah Whitman

Sarah has worked in HR for over 20 years and brings extensive experience to the Delfinity team, particularly in undertaking and implementing the outcome of strategic HR reviews, having led such projects mostly in the utility and oil and gas sectors. 

 

Alongside this Sarah is experienced in all aspects of HR from employment law, learning and development, talent management, succession planning, culture and employee engagement, leading her to be awarded the Best Training Partnership Award at the Annual HR Training Awards.

 

As a consultant for Delfinity she has supported a variety of businesses with employment issues through to leading TUPE consultations and performance improvement programmes.
